1. Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets for all events can be purchased at the Trocadero box office or Ticketfly. The Trocadero Box Office is open MONDAY-FRIDAY 11:30am -6:00pm and Sat. 11:30am- 5:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at Ticketfly online at ticketfly.com. If you do not see an event listed on our ticketfly.com, please contact the box office at 215-922-6888 for ticket information.
2. How do I keep up with all the new shows and events being added to this site?
Sign up for the Trocadero Theatre’s email newsletter here and receive regular updates, plus discount offers and ticket contests. The Trocadero also participates in several social networks. Join us on Twitter, Facebook and Myspace.
3. Where is the Trocadero located? How do I get there?
The Trocadero is located at 1003 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. Located in Center City in the heart of Chinatown, we are across from the PA Convention Center, the Reading Terminal Market, and the Market East Station. Please refer to our Directions & Parking section for full information on getting to the Trocadero.

5. What is The Balcony?
The Balcony is a smaller venue within the Trocadero Theatre. It is located on the balcony level of the Theatre and has a capacity of 250 people.
6. Is Movie Monday free?
Movie Monday at the Troc is virtually free. Just $3 gets you in, but that goes straight towards a drink or snack of your choosing!
7. Are there seats at the Trocadero?
The Trocadero has general admission bench seating located on the balcony level, overlooking the main stage. Unless otherwise stated on the event listing, shows are general admission standing room downstairs and seating in the balcony.
8. Is the venue handicap accessible?
This is a partially accessible venue. Please purchase the best available ticket and you will be accommodated at the door. Call the Trocadero box office at 215-922-6888 for more information.
9. Are there age restrictions for Concerts?
Most shows are all-ages. Few shows are restricted to 18+ or 21+ and this information can be found on each individual show listing on the Events page. Please check for any possible age limit before purchasing tickets as no refunds will be given if you do not meet the age requirement.
10. Does the Trocadero have a bar?
The venue has full bar service. Patrons must be 21 years or older with proper photo ID to be enter the bar area(s) of the theater. Acceptable forms of ID include: Valid State issued driver license, State issued ID, Military ID, and Valid Passport.
11. Does the Trocadero serve food?
The venue has a concession stand that serves delicious pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, candies, other snacks and beverages.
12. When does *band name* play?
The event section of our website contains the door time and show time for all Trocadero events. Please note set times can vary for each show so we suggest arriving early to ensure you do not miss the start of your artist/band’s set.
13. What time does the show end?
Most all ages concerts end around 11:00pm. Age 21+ concerts generally end between midnight and 1:00am. Please call the box office the day of show for more specific information.
14. Is there re-entry during events?
There is no re-entry permitted.
15. What is the Trocadero’s smoking policy?
In accordance with city ordinances, there is no smoking allowed inside the venue. For most events, there is a designated outdoor smoking area.
16. What is the Troc’s camera policy?
The camera policy varies from event to event per the artist’s preferences. In most cases, small, non-professional point and shoot cameras are permitted with NO FLASH. Video, recording and professional SLR cameras are not permitted at any time without a valid press pass. Cameras can be checked at the box office.
The Trocadero reserves the right to deny camera use at any time and prohibit use of any camera deemed unacceptable by the Trocadero or the artist. All requests for press passes must be made through the artist or artist’s management.
17. Is there an ATM at the Troc?
YES! Its brand new and full of cash.
18. Does the Troc have a coat check?
Coat Check is available generally from October through March. To double check, call the box office, 215-922-6888, the day of your show.

20. Do you have a Lost and Found?
Any found items are turned over to the box office. Items returned to the box office are kept 30 days. You can claim your lost articles by calling the box office 215-922-6888 x100 between 11:30am-6pm weekdays.
